Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no minimum spends and no handling fees.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Delivery estimates:
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
All orders are tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your collar ships.
Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not able to control delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email and we'll chase it up.
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we'll re-send it once at no charge.
