Will it fit my dog?
The silicone tube adjusts and can be trimmed to size, so it fits most small, medium and large dogs — and cats, too. Choose 50cm for most necks, or 70cm for big dogs. Measure your dog's neck, trim the tube, and you're done in under a minute.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge takes about 2 hours from any USB port. Battery life depends on the mode you pick: up to 7 hours on slow flash, 5 hours on quick flash, or 3 hours on steady glow.
Do I need to buy batteries?
Never. The collar is USB rechargeable — charge it with any mini USB cable, the same way you'd charge a set of headphones.
Is it waterproof?
It's splash and rain resistant, so it's built for everyday walks in wet weather. We don't recommend full submersion or swimming with it on.
Is it safe for my dog to wear?
Yes. The tube is soft silicone with a breakaway safety buckle, so it releases under pressure if it snags. The LED gives off no meaningful heat.
Which colour should I choose?
Any of the eight will make your dog impossible to miss. For maximum visibility against streetlights, Signal Green and Moon White read brightest; Rainbow Loop cycles through every colour if you want something playful.
